Married
forty-years, Garth and Anne Marie
started dating in 1966 while attending a
symphonic band class during high school.
Four children and fifteen grandchildren enrich
their lives.
...recently:
as a signature member of Oil Painter's
of America Anne was included in their
regional and national shows.
completed an intensive,
thirty-day course of instruction in St.
Petersburg, Russia at the Russian Academy of
Art taught by master artist, Petrov
Vadimavich.
completed 14 paintings
under Deseret Book contract in order to
illustrate Geraldine Edward's book, The
Daffodil Principle.
appeared in Greg, Albert's
book, The Simple Secret to Better
Painting, published by NorthLight Books.
...currently:
is working on a
project to paint three large portraits for
the new Lake Forest Women's Hospital in
Chicago, Illinois.
...just around the
corner:
will be exhibiting
with the AAWA (American Academy of Woman
Artists) at the Phippen Museum of Art in
Prescott, Arizona.
